I have a PDR from 2004 (I know it is old but I don't use it often) and it says nothing about it.

Do you have a homeopathic doctor you can ask?

Re: Can I take chlorophyl while pregnant?

It was recommended to me by my midwife, so I'd say YES! I took it at the beginning and it really helped with my energy level, I had to stop though because my little one who I breastfeed was having poops that burned his bottom from it. It is totally safe though!

I can't remember why I took it but my MW had me take it at the end of the pregnancy.

It helps boost iron. I am pretty sure it is fine to take while pregnant.

My midwife recommends it if iron levels are low. From what I understand it doesn't necessarily increase iron levels, but makes it so that your body uses what you have more efficiently. It was in my birth kit; she especially recommends it to mothers who do not want a blood transfusion in the event of more than normal blood loss.
