Canada Shipping HOLY increase??!!

I just shipped a cover to CA and it seems like prices went WAY up. Does anyone know the increase percentage? Won't be shipping there anymore, pretty much made nothing!

Depends how you sent it. But yeah it's almost 2xs as much.

for small pkgs like one cover or one single diaper the prices is very high to get DC# especially going across the country.

I just shipped a Mini OS pocket w/DC and it was $5 yet 8 small fitteds w/DC# was only 7 something. It really depends on where it is going and how far it has to travel.

So I'm pretty sure it now costs for you guys to ship to Canada, about the same as it costs for us to ship to US and also within Canada! Totally sucks right!????

I know it's always been super expensive to ship from CA to US, I think I've bought something from CA may 1 or 2 times because of that! It never was too bad shipping FC from US to CA as long as the item wasn't heavy, maybe $1.50-2 more than within the US.

The absolute minimum to ship to Canada now via first class international is almost $7 and goes up from there. It now includes delivery confirmation though. The big change was as of January 27th. I just shipped a package to Canada that weighed 1lb 8oz and it cost $12.

I asked about the delivery confirmation the other day at the PO and the postal worker said - no there isn't any DC on first class still. My receipt didn't show any dc info???

I did get the price increase though - it was like almost 7 dollars for 3 ounces. Do you know what I should be looking for on the dc?

Yes, as of January 28, 2013, all shipping prices through USPS increased. International shipping most noticeably so. Many went up 75-100+%. And the previous poster is correct- There is still no delivery confirmation unless you ship Priority.
