They were. I used them with Rumparooz covers and don't remember ever having a leak. Of course when she was new I pretty much changed her diaper every hour and a half because if poop. Haha

You are fine! They were 9.5x13, but they did shrink (which is normal). I can get you the current size of them and post tomorrow. If I don't get to bed soon I won't get any sleep before my little one wakes up to eat. Haha
