Anyone adopt from china through CCAI? Anyone adopt from Bulgaria?

My latest research has brought me to CCAI. Has anyone adopted through them? What were your experiences?
We are also looking into adopting from Bulgaria. Is anyone else in the midst of a Bulgarian adoption?

CCAI is the agency we selected when we started our adoption journey in 2007. We quickly switched to domestic as this was right at the start of the major slow-down in China adoptions. I knew of a family that adopted 4 kids through CCAI and were very pleased with the agency. I didn't find any negative reviews in my research.

I've seen nothing but positive reviews so far...

My sisters were adopted from China but not that agency. If your wanting to adopt from China I think you should know that for an infant right now the list might be completely prohibitive for an infant. They are placing from DTC (documents to china) from 2006 I believe. There are some that believe China will close to international adoption (for infants) before current people get placements.

Now if you want a waiting child (older or with special needs) then China is a great option. My father adopted my youngest sibling that way and start to finish it was about 9 months.

We were adopting and liked them, but ultimately switched to Vietnam and FTIA (who I loved). Then I ended up pregnant with DD1 and had to close our file due to finances.
