Cottonbabies Flip Seconds Issue

I really like cottonbabies, especially when they have their seconds sale I have gotten some great deals! I have never had any issues with their seconds diapers, I can never tell what the minor imperfection is. I recently got a bunch of flip covers and one can not be used, the snap does not stay shut at all whatsoever, it is the middle rise too which is what my babe is in I know they say with seconds quality that there is no warranty with snaps and stuff but they also say that what you are buying is in "perfect working condition" and any imperfections are with stiching or dirt marks or other cosmetic issues but this is not a cosmetic issue and it does affect the diaper working properly! So i contacted them but I am wondering if you all think i am out of luck or if they will help?

They should help. That is not cosmetic, it affects function, so they should send you a new one. Good luck!

I agree, I would expect them to repair it. I am still frustrated by a cover (first-quality) that I bought from Diaper Junction that has that issue. It's completely worthless to me so it just sits :-( To be fair, they offered to fix it but I didn't see much point in paying $2-3 to ship a cover that cost me $7-8.
