Re: Newborn stash so far :)

My brilliant DH rerouted our dryer vent and it is super-duper efficient. All my big kids' AIOs and even our towels dry in 40 minutes on low heat. I've been CDing since 2009 and have my formulas all figured out: my perfect number for the newborn stage is 26 changes per baby. Honestly, I hate prefolds and won't even consider them this time around, but I do have access to borrowing some tiny Gs and can easily get a pack of flushies to supplement with from time to time.

Update! Between my shower and a surprise package from a friend, we're at 53 and stopping! All done! And my small/medium/OS stash is pretty much done, too.

It's GroVias, both old and new style, BG XS, RagaBabes, Simplex, TiniFits, Thirsties Duo AIOs size 1, and FuzziBunz XS. I'm so excited to get to use them!

That looks fabulous!! I loved AIOs and pockets in that stage, and I can't imagine you would be able to wash more than 30 or so at a time anyway!

One friend suggested diapering one girl in prints and the other in solids to help me tell them apart at first! Haha. If they're similar sizes and hard to tell apart I may have to do that.

I love it.

Wait, is this why your name is March?

Haha, nope! I've been on DS for years. March was our original wedding date discussion month after we were engaged (although we never ended up planning a March wedding), so it became my username of choice for different types of forums and online services. Just love the sound of March. We also named a puppy March once but couldn't keep her. Funny that we got a March EDD this time--I jumped the gun by a cycle. We were planning an April baby.

Re: Newborn stash so far :)

That's awesome. I've always associated your name with your avatar photo and envisioned you as this erethral goddess in lace. (Which sounds incredibly weird, and probably borderline creepy, but it's true. ha ha)

Once on The Bump everyone wrote what they envisioned that person to be like based on their signature, avatar picture and user name. It was seriously funny the stuff people came up with.
