Same here! I can rarely find the defect and if I do it's usually some wonky stitching or dirt mark!

I ordered a first flip diaper and the elastic doesn't work on one side. It leaks. They said I could ship it back, but I don't really feel like spending the shipping on it. I think I am just going to order some different ones.

My seconds have always been great, but this time there was a piece of tape on a rise snap. I snapped it to see if it would snap and it did, but then when I unsnapped it, a run started in the fabric. I'm hoping it doesn't get any bigger.

I ordered 2 Flip covers with Aplix and the only thing that looks slightly out of sorts is the stitching on the laundry tabs. And I only discovered that by comparing it to a cover I bought about a month ago! Loving my Flip covers!

I love seconds from CB. They make up practically my whole stash!

I've only gotten give seconds from cb and I can't even tell what I'd wing with any if them. In sure the stitching is off or shilling but it isn't noticeable at all.
