wool dryer balls

Do any of you make wool dryer balls? I want to try and I'm looking for the best online tutorials and info about what yarn is best

I do..I bought some Martha Stewart wool roving at Jo-anne's.I like it better than the wool yarn used in the tutorial. http://www.onegoodthingbyjillee.com/...yer-balls.html

yes! must 100% wool for felting thought or it won't felt right I have made about 20 for my own personal use

I read that 10 is good number for a regular sized dryer. The more the better. I have 3, made 4 and making 3 more I will see if that makes a difference in a bigger dryer once they are in.

Is there anything else that I can use instead of the sock/thigh? I don't have any that I could use (I only have one or two pairs that I wear)
