25 weeks and no appetite

Idk if its just because I have a cold, but I haven't been wanting dinner. For a couple days I was nauseas last week (I think from post nasal drip). I'm actually feeling better, but still don't feel like eating- not even junk foods lol! I've lost 4 lbs :/ I feel ok, energy is ok, and baby is moving more an more every day. Should I be concerned?
