If you excercise daily, what do you do?

I'm just curious about what workout routines you may have? I'm trying to excercies more frequently. I want a daily routine. I have Tracy Andersons videos and I love them but they make me incredibly sore.

I have about 5 different videos that I rotate between. The first couple weeks when I start back up I just have to power through the soreness and then it gets better. It is pretty rough at first though (just started back up this week and I'm dying right now) We also have an exercise bike that I use periodically. With the videos I rotate between stretching one day and then a simple cardio the next day (or 2 if I'm too sore to stretch again).

Tuesday, Wednesday, thursdays and Saturday I run between 5 and 20 miles. Mondays I go to spinning and Fridays I swim for 40 minutes.

I only work out 6 day a week and Sunday is a rest day. When DH was deployed I did various DVDs (P90x, insanity, ripped in 30, etc). Now that he is home I'm back to my regular gym routine:

Monday: 30 mins stairclimber, arm and shoulder work
Tuesday: 30 mins elliptical, leg work
Wednesday: 30 mins running, back and chest work
Thursday: repeat Monday
Friday: repeat Tuesday
Saturday: repeat Wednesday

I also do core and ab work every other day, as well as add in running 10 laps around the track.

I am doing the Tracy Anderson pregnancy workouts. I also have her others. If you do her workouts consistently that sore feeling goes away. You are typically sore with her workouts bc she really focuses on the tiny muscles.

Her results are amazing and are totally worht getting over that first hump!

5-day split weight training and the two rest days I'll either rest completely or mix up cardio.

Mon: Legs & Abs
Tues: Chest
Wed: Back & Abs
Thurs: Rest
Fri: Shoulder & Abs
Sat: Arms
Sun: Rest

I'm slowly getting back into my old routine as I had an elbow injury few months ago so it hasn't been consistent.

T- run, Zwow, live fit
W- same as Monday
Th- Zwow, live fit
F- Same as Wed no run though
S- 11 mile run

Yay! I'm glad to hear that she has good results. I am trying to lose as well as tighten and build up strength.

For those of you that run did you start out just walking or jogging? Thanks for the responses!
