My older DS is according to skin test not allergic to milk. Let me tell you that he is.

I would eliminate dairy from her diet completely for a couple of weeks and see if you notice a difference.
It certainly doesn't hurt anything to try
Funny thing is they dont want to test her for food allergies as she does not "look" like she has them?! So i can't even say the skin text said neg as we never got tested.
What are his signs of being allergic?
We are taking all dairy away for 10 days and bringing it back on day 11 to see what that does.
I think she is not "allergic" but intolerant to dairy maybe?!

Which very well could be caused by her food/dairy intake. Not an actually allergy but of course still an big issue. Have you kept a food diary? How much of her milk does she actually drink? If she is not drinking (or eating- cheese, butter, yogurt, etc) a lot than it might be something else causing the reflux. If you want to do an elimination trail you would need eliminate milk in all forms for several weeks (milk protein stays in the system for a few weeks). Then add it back in gradually to see what happens- starting with baked in like bread.

btw, My dd has a dairy intolerance and food allergies. Reflux, constipation, gas, low and slow weight gain, diarrhea are her symptoms related to the dairy intolerance. It was present at 3 weeks old, but was not diagnosed until 1. By that point she had significant gross motor delays because of malabsorption and she was in too much pain to try and sit. To much pressure on her tummy. She didn't sit unsupported until after 1 and had to have 2 years of PT to get almost to where she is suppose to be. She will probably always be just below where she is suppose to be in gross motor.
She was put back on AR meds about 6 weeks ago maybe?! It did not help at all so im not sure that is what it is.
Another weird thing and maybe this is just her build but she has a big belly..she does not eat anymore then anyone else at home/daycare we def watch what she eats and we dont feed our kids junk food/ they get NO juice what so ever so i find it odd she has such a belly...she is not cubby anywhere else

Probably. The only thing I can come up with for the- she doesn't look like she has food allergies- is that food allergy kids tend to be smaller. this is a complete guess, because I have no idea why they would say that- intolerance kids are often smaller too. Since an allergy is a immune response allergy kids usually have eczema and lots of skin rashes. Lots of unexplained little red bumps. Random hives. There usually are skin symptoms which might be why they say she doesn't look like it. The get allergy eyes (dark circles under their eyes, sometimes looks like they have black eyes) too, but that happens for inhaled allergies as well. Its rather unprofessional and inaccurate, I would look for a new allergist. Ours wouldn't dare say that.

Unless the cause of the reflux is addressed the meds won't do a whole lot. Distended belly is sign of an intolerance.

Those can be normal, lots of people get those. Who has she actually been to see? Has she been to a GI specialist? A ped allergist?

She has never been to a GI for the reflux? If not you might want to check into that too. If they really think its reflux then its caused by something- a condition or a food, but that is where a GI doc would be useful.
