It's a horrible situation. I hope she's feeling better soon.

Much love and good vibes for her.

Have a good nap Jen!

Ru is doing some dishes and I am about to attack dinner. Pan-roasted chicken breasts and pasta with diced pancetta and peas.

Updated. My aunts friends that are designated for this are on the scene. Her doc has been contacted and feels at this point that she needs a change in meds and to be watched bit not hospitalized. So she will say with her friends and work on regulating her meds and coming back down.

She had had so much work since July which is a blessing and a curse. She needs to be up and going to work but if she does not take enough down time then eventually she can't get back down to zero again. It is such a difficult thing that the thing that makes you creative and funny can also send you over the edge.

My parents are on deck to go put on Thursday of needed. This is good. My Dad drives fine in LA so can get her to appointments and shows if she needs to work and my Mom is the perfect balance of caring help and straight forward keep moving and get things back together.

Mmm. Supper was so good. I am stuffed.

I need to gather up some supplies for tomorrow after E heads to bed. We are doing a liquids race in science tomorrow to learn about viscosity.

We had bil and sil over to eat with my dad. Asian short ribs, chicken stirfry, broccoli cashew in garlic butter and brown rice. Yum!
Girls got new winter outerwear from my mom via Kohls, 3 jackets and 2 snowpants, long johns for me and 3 pairs of pants. I should say she went shopping and I paid. I sent a few things back but it was all addtl 30% off of 70% off. Mari and Lydias winter stuff is all pretty trashed from melty muddy Wyoming winters. Good for playing on the farm but especially now that o work at the school it is nice to pretend that they get clean clothes occasionally.

Sounds delicious Jess!

I have eaten more bread in the last two days than I did all month up to now. Oops. Gotta make sure not to make bread *too* often.
