Got my bfp so time to start planning a stash! My first was 6 lbs 14.1 oz and stayed in nb clothes/diapers (disposable) for 5 weeks, and is only 20.5 lbs at 21 months, for reference.

I want to keep it simple and effective for this one. Here's what I'm thinking:
-6 nb nanas bottoms aio
-6 small nanas bottoms OR thirsties duo fitteds
-6 thirsties duo aio
-12 xs imagine bamboo pf
-12 small imagine bamboo pf
-4 small nanas bottoms covers
-4 nb bummis super lite covers
-24 tiny 4x6 wipes (I use this size for wet dipes on my dd now and love it)

I have 12 med imagine bamboo pf and 8 medium nanas bottoms in rotation for my dd now, and 18 flour sacks and other random things here and there put away. Also thinking if I should get some thirsties fab doublers to lay in to the covers in the beginning..

Eta: thinkin the nb nanas bottoms might be too small, should I just go straight to small?

Eta 2: add to the above
6 small nanas bottoms aio AND 6 thirsties fitteds. And 4 Nb nanas bottoms covers. How's that?

Eta 3: and 6 diaper safari trifold inserts

Re: Hypothetical nb stash

If you don't mind washing daily at first I think it will be great. The duo AIOs may not fit a little baby so than would leave you with 18 tiny diapers to start out for size nb. Honestly that is probably exactly how many I would buy for a nb and just work it into our routine that they got washed nightly. I have always struggled keeping up with diaper laundry if I don't do it every night. If you want to wash every other day you will need 36.
