Diaper Swappers

I have some BG 4.0 pocket diapers...I have the inserts that came with them and some prefolds. But, I'm not a huge fan of microfiber because of the stink issue and I"m not a huge fan of prefolds because of the bulk issue. He pees through flats, so I can't use flats unless I add doublers and stuff, but then DH gets confused on how to fold/stuff. What do you stuff yours with? Any other suggestions? I'd love something simple that's an insert style so there's no folding. DH isn't a fan of folding, etc .

Thirsties hemp inserts are really nice! Ragababe makes inserts too. Sort of pricey for both options though.
