BGE vs OS simplex

This has probably been asked before but I am trying to find a good diaper for DH & my aunt to use easily while I am at work.

We were using tots bots but they are not working for us (whole other thread)

I was contemplating BG 4.0 aplix (& might still go that route) but worried about the aplix staying strong.

Would a OS simplex or BGE be a better option?
They prefer aplix bc DS is a pain in the booty to change (doesn't hold still for a minute!) so wondering if snaps will even work?

I like them both really. The BGE has a shorter rise and stretchy tabs. The simplex dry super fast and have a nice fleece stay dry liner in them already. The drying time actually does not matter to me bc I flip the soaker part of the bge (if that makes sense) and it takes shorter to dry. I have holes in the cotton part of bge but still have never had a leak. THey are probably around 3 yrs old so they are actually just the bg organics.

My baby is small she is a 17lb thin 17 month old and both have great fits.

I just got my first Simplex OS - it is nwt and not washed but I tried it on dd and do not care for it... I love BG streachy tabs plus the stuffing of the soaker thing on the simplex is just like a pocket - annoying! I want to sell it for a few BGE...

BGE tabs are stretchier. I never stuff my simplex insert, I just lay it flat on top. My husband doesn't like the simplex because he feels he can't get a good fit. I love my simplex but I think BGE might be easier for others. You just grab it and put it on.
