Rescused a Cabbage Patch doll and it needs some clothes!!

I rescued a Cabbage Patch Doll from the thrift store and she/he needs some clothes. The doll has short curly hair so could really be a boy or a girl. I would love some links to free patterns or tutorials to make clothes for this doll. It is a standard sized Cabbage patch doll.

I just did the same thing recently. Both of my DS and DD have rescued Cabbage Patch dolls from Goodwill even though DD is too young for hers yet. Anyway, not sure what your craft of choice is, but I found these for crocheting --
