(Warning: Laminates the waterproof part is on the wrong side for diapers. It's okay for raincoats or purses but not diapers.)
I love their clearance section! The cotton is all nice quality and most is made in the usa. They also have a good selection of "adult" flannel.

Other places are Ebay (I like vintage fabric). Joanns, Hancock, Hobby Lobby, Fabric.com, etc.
