postpartum workouts
What are some workouts/programs/etc you love for losing the baby weight? I'm due at the end of June and while I love carrying this baby and having this opportunity I'm also looking forward to getting my body back
I'll also be breastfeeding so food wise I'll just be eating healthier.

Re: postpartum workouts
Walking/jogging outside with a stroller is awesome! I love it and since I had a December baby, I couldn't wait for it to warm up. I also do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, and have lots of her other videos (Ripped in 30, Burn Fat Boost Metabolism, Yoga Meltdown) and also Leslie Sansone's walking dvds for those rainy days.

I second the walking. I enjoy it & the baby enjoys it usually. So we walk every day except if its
Really cold or rainy. |

Re: postpartum workouts
I've never done a beachbody work out. JM videos were cheaper and faster, and since I WOH FT, that was my best option. Good luck on whatever you choose and congrats on the baby!

Re: postpartum workouts
I just found an awesome website that is set up specifically for women. It has very specific workouts that deal with diastasis recti (ab separation). You pay for a monthly membership, and I think it's well worth it. Http://fit2b.us
If there is any chance you have diastasis recti or any issues with organ prolapse, skip anything with planks, crunches, etc. it will only make it worse.

9 months to get it off would be perfect
I know it won't be easy or overnight and I will say I'm very proud of my body and carrying a baby but I did gain more weight even so far than I should have and I know it won't come off by itself I do appreciate any and all advice!
