Do you try to get the shopping done with kids, or wait until you can go on your own?

never ever again!

I go by myself, or if the kids do go then dh comes too.

If I have to take dd for a quick trip then I come prepared with snacks and a fully charged ipod

ETA: it's the 2 year old that causes the problem not the 6 year old. Once she hit 2 she was a holy terror at the store.

DD and I usually go when DS is at preschool. I do take them both sometimes, but try not to when its my big trip.

I take the kids, sometimes it's just the dh and I, sometimes, it's me and the boys, or me and the girls but hardly ever just me and all four kids..lol
