Ugh. I just realized with the wind chill factor, that none of the kids will probably get to go outside for recess all week. They are going to be giant cabin-fever crazed loonies. Sigh.

Audiobooks! That's a great idea. And I might be able to read as well, though I might also fall off. Learning to walk on that thing is like learning to drive - I kept veering off to the side when I turned my head to look at something!

I am not really an audiobook person, Ru, but I loved it when I started the treadmill. And I still hang onto the treadmill with my hands for dear life. I just am not able to let go and swing my arms like you are supposed to. Well, when I went anyway. I have not been since September.

So my preschooler was sent home with homework She is still having name writing issues. So they sent her home with a sheet to practice.

DOnt take this the wrong way but honestly, I'm not interested in giving the kids more medication...even if it's just a supplement. I already take a high dose of magnesium for my Fibro and dont see any improvement in my ADHD while taking it so I dont see the need to try it out on the kids.

I did my nails....but I'm very unhappy with how it turned out so I can see I'll need to redo it.

I also spoke to my Auntie (sister to the uncle who died) in the UK about my Uncle. It's very sad. He died on the 30th of December but with the weather and public holidays they couldn't arrange the funeral until the 17th. My uncle had Alzheimer and wasn't aware of anyone/anything for at least the past 5 years. Recently he'd just decided he didn't want to go on and refused to eat. It seems he got an infection and his body was unable to fight it.

NO Janine I don't think your kids need anything, just saw people (that I find to be trustworthy) discussing it and thought I would throw it out there. I don't know much about ADHD and would be the last person to offer advice on the subject. I would be equally qualified to teach you how to SCUBA dive or basket weave

It's ok Jess....I hope you know I didn't mean anything by it. I can get snappy when it comes to ADHD and medication.
