My mama pads are made for quality with every stitch: They're made to last through wash after wash and made to give the most absorbency with the least bulk. The absorbent core is only where you need it, never in the wings, so my pads do not have unnecessary bulk. The only materials making the wings are the fleece and the super soft bamboo velour or minky. Lastly, of course, I use only the most high quality and durable material down to the thread!
