Please contact a Mod... explain the situation so if she has an account on DS (give them her email address/addresses)... they can flag her account or something.

Re: Spots transaction being disputed

Wait, she opened a dispute on a DIFFERENT item for the SAME reason? Just want to be clear...

If so, I would definitely be clear with paypal about that as well. I would specifically point out that she filed a dispute on a different item with the same claim already and it was denied by paypal. Then say that she is only filing this dispute because she lost the other one. IF these diapers had the same problems as the other one then she would have disputed them at the same time.

The first time she opened the dispute on a snapless trainer that she bought at the same time as these. This time she opened the dispute on the correct trainers. I told the guy I talked to that she had opened a dispute yesterday on me for the same reason (her comments were exactly the same except now she is saying she was in the hospital with her son for 3.5 weeks and just opened the package) and he said to write it all down in the comment block that is available when you escalate to a claim.

Re: Spots transaction being disputed

Wow, what ridiculousness. I hope paypal can see through the BS. Perhaps they need to ask her to provide proof that she was in the hospital for so long.

Hopefully this gets resolved quickly for you.

Paypal decided in her favor but she has to return the 5 trainers to get a refund. What do I do if all 5 are not returned and/or they are not returned in the condition I sent them in?

Just had this happen to me... So, once you get them, you call pp and file an appeal.

Thank you! I was looking all over paypal and saw something about filing an appeal but not much info on it. Also their email service really sucks
