Call paypal again and dispute what they have been told. Tell them to look at the item,what she wrote and how long it has been. I am betting she used the trainers to potty train her child and now wants the refund. Have them look at how the first dispute was settled and ask them why they are now telling you something differently when the issue is the same.

Paypal should not be allowing her to send them back after this long.

What a mess! I'm glad this all came out in your favor. She definitely sounds like a scammer. I've never heard of requesting a refund and keeping the items, that's ridiculous.
