And mamas, I have a question. So I am new to using ovulation test strips. Does it matter what time of day I do it? And do you test 1x daily around the time you think you should ovulate?? Thanks for the help!!

Definitely see it, Sherrill!!

Hannah, most people have an LH surge in the midafternoon. It's best to test every 12h since the surge can be so short that you can miss it if you only test once a day. I usually test once a day until the line starts to fade in, then twice a day.

Thank you so much!! That helps! I had nothing on the test the last 4 days, but then today got a light line in the test line, it is much lighter than the control line though. And, it just happened to be afternoon.

So I will start with the every 12 hours now. I just had my first AF since my youngest on the 21st. So I don't know if my body will be back to normal or not. DS is 20mos and is still nursing at night. But back in the day, before babies, my normal cycles were about 40 days. So I don't think I have O'd yet!

Anyway, FX'd for your 2WW!
