Hi, it's just one insert, it's a micro fiber insert and one side has a suede cloth lining so it's safe to lay in a cover and be next to babies skin. It's 3$ and that includes domestic shipping. It works best with a cotton babies flip cover but I would image it could be stuffed into a pocket diaper or laid in any cover.
