Op, does the stir have a fb page? You can get great results by posting on fb where everyone can see. If you exhausted your other options, I'd try that.

i checked the fb page and there hasn't been anything posted by seller in months. she was taking 3 months to reply to customers on fb. i escalated paypal to a claim and she ended up emailing saying that she was mailing it out and sending a goodie sorry it's been so long... i checked the tracking number and it still says electronic shipping info recieved.
