Active Birth is one of my all time favorites. It goes over pregnancy and birth, and then shows you how to remain active in labor to help with pain. It even has a yoga routine for pregnancy and labor.

Also, Spiritual Midwifery. It's kind of a head trip but still helpful.

I have had four natural births, all really different, all really powerful.
I love spiritual midwifery! but ya may be too much for some people.

Ina May's Guide to Childbirth
Spiritual Midwifery by Ina May Gaskin
The Mongan Method of Hypnobirthing
Birthing from Within
Childbirth without Fear

I second getting a doula. A doula that's passionate about her work and birth is worth her weight in gold. They are knowledgable about all things childbirth and know different ways to help you deal with "surges" (what hypnobirthing calls contractions) and transition. When you are in the zone and can't open your eyes let alone articulate your needs, your doula is your voice. Especially if you establish a good relationship with her during your pregnancy.
