At what age can children do this type of puzzle?

At what age can kids typically do this style of puzzle? With assistance or on their own?

My 20 month old has a Sesame Street puzzle like this and does it...normally they say 3+

Depends on the kid, my older DD could do puzzle like that around 18/20 months, but not my younger DD, more like 3/3.5 for her.

probably around 2 y/o I'd say. But it totally depends on the kid.

I think my 22 mo old probably could NOT do that very well yet. But if she has some time with it and got to practice, she'd figure it out pretty quickly.

DD is almost 3 & just did one like that (maybe a titch more complicated b/c of the jigsaw edges) independently over the weekend...but she doesn't have the best coordination

My son would probably want help them first time (at 3) but then would be able to do it himself. He likes to be helped with puzzles though, I think he could do them more by himself than he claims. The other day I was pulled away and he was doing great with a puzzle on his own... course it was one he had done before.

If it had the pics on the inside them much younger. I'd day 2-3.5 depending on the kid. 2 with help def.

Mine is almost 2 1/2 and I don't think he can yet. But overall he isn't really into puzzles. If you had a kid that really like puzzles I would think it would be much earlier than one who didn't care for/about them YK?

Like, just walk up and put it together? Probably around 3. If you work with them on it with any consistency maybe closer to 2. I hate those though hah, they never end up all together and apparently they are fabulous fun to throw around and lose so we don't really do board puzzles around here.
