Paid for my diapers 10 days ago...no word, no diapers. She has great FB, but she hasn't been on since 2 days after I paid (so 8 days ago). I don't really want to mess with her through PP or a mod, and she's a really sweet mama, but I'm not sure what to do....

Doesnt' matter how sweet she is or how much feedback she has. She currently has both your money and the diapers. Message her and ask for the DC# give her 24 or 48 hours to respond and if nothing then file a pp dispute.

If she hasn't been on DS, then I would try emailing her PP email address in addition to sending a PM. She has 5 business days to mail it, per DS rules, so it's very likely that it could still be in transit (I don't know what the item was and where it was coming from/going to, so can't guess on shipping time). Just doing some quick math - I assume you paid on the 18th which was a Friday? Her PO may not be open on Saturday, but even if it was open then she would still have until Thursday to drop it in the mail. It's just now Monday, so that only gives it 2-3 business days for shipping depending on whether Saturday is considered a business day for yours and her PO.

But, if you don't hear from her in a day or two and it's past reasonable shipping time, then you can escalate to PayPal. I just think it's a little too early to escalate just yet, but do try to contact her both ways to see if she's shipped yet and to get your DC #.

Last Monday was a federal holiday, and DS does not count Saturdays in the required shipping time since so many POs are closed, so that means she had until today to ship per the rules. Communication is extremely important though, so I would shoot her an email to the addy you sent PP to just politely asking if she's had a chance to send it yet and if she could please give you the DC#. If you still do not hear from her, please contact a mod.

i would PM a mod mama, they have ways of tracking people down. Hopefully nothing has happened to keep her away and unable to ship
