Question 3 across in a Toyota Matrix (same size as a corolla)???

We are thinking about trying for kiddo #3 and hoping we don't have to get a new car for a third kid. I know we'll likely have to buy 3 new seats but that's still less expensive than an new car.

Does anyone have experience getting 3 convertible or 2 convertible and an infant seat in their small sedan or hatchback?

Right now DS1 is 3.5 and about 36 lbs and DS2 is 1.5 and 27 lbs.

Thanks in advance for the help!

I haven't tried 3 across in our 2005 corolla, but we have a radian and it installs really well. I'd be willing to bet if you get two radians and something that puzzles well you'll be golden. There's also a 'successful three across thread' on car-seat.org that you could search.

I have read also read in the reviews of Radians that they fit 3 across, not sure what model of car though. You might check out reviews on Amazon.
