That would have made me nervous but if you do it and it's fine, I can too

It's crazy here Cheryl. After all the bread I made yesterday...I'll have to make more tomorrow.

Just keep it in a drawer or the back of the fridge. I actually just bought some from nuts.com in a big bag and after reading the reviews I started keeping it in the freezer

Jen you can get the lbs. at Costco too. I was surprised to find them at a weird little grocery store in Gillette too.

Oh, I was thinking we don't eat that much bread and we went through 3 loaves this week, and I could have done more.

I made 3 baguettes on Saturday...and then a massive loaf and another 3 baguettes yesterday. Now I only have half of the loaf left.

HOnestly Janine, at the rate you use it I think a clear bin would be fine.

Do you think this would be ok?

I have lots of garlic, turmeric, and dried parsley too. I could find other things to put in the extras.

Re: Basically it's Tuesday

I did not make bread this week, I did make strawberry muffins last night before bed.

We have all had a nice scrambled eggs with spinach, ham, and cheese for breakfast

Tossed a chunk of pork in the crock with some broth, mushrooms and onions. That will become something for dinner when I get home. I have a board meeting at 4:30 tonight so I will come home between training and the meeting to probably shred it and make a pork stroganoff and they can have that over pasta with green beans or broccoli.

OK off we go...

I genuinely am having a hard time judging how much we need of stuff. Cooking and stuff has gotten out of hand really quickly here. It's like they stopped eating child size meals and went straight to being adults.

6 adults eat a LOT of food!

Janine it took two years in the dark in the fridge for my instant yeast to go bad. You will be fine.
