That is really cute! I love the idea of the pockets to keep hands warm!

Re: February Use Your Stash Chatter thread

Made my hunny some boxers. No hole though! I was too chicken this time around.

I am running out of projects for the materials I have on hand. I don't have any thicker, absorbent material, no heavy duty material, and no interfacing of any kind...I have lots of quilters cotton and some minky scraps.

I would love to make a few more skirts, but I don't think I have too many more combos I would like.

Would you guys be up for helping me pick something? Maybe I could take some pictures of some fabric I have if that would help... I just want to sew with nothing left to make!

Re: February Use Your Stash Chatter thread

Husband had a few more chapters in his Bible he wanted to get through before bed, so I snapped a couple photos!

Everything pictured has a yard, a few have 1.5-2 yards

This is my jersey-

And my flannel

Then my PUL (owls) and my random weird fabric

Re: February Use Your Stash Chatter thread

I like the brown with the trees and the stripes (blue/white/green/orange and white). I could see that as a skirt with the stripe as a ruffle or as a sun dress.

The lt blue with the lollipop flowers (green/orange/brown centers) would be cute with that stripe too.

(You can make your own bias tape maybe out of your plain orange) I like this pattern. It's a little big in the fit. I added a belt for a kimono look.
The blue & green check would be cute as little boy pj pants (or shorts for summer).

The zig zag strip I'd make a dress with the top horizonal and the skirt vertical.

The brown with apples is cute with the green dot next to it.

I want to make this with a knit. http://www.lilblueboo.com/2011/09/ca...-download.html

I finished Dh's Pj pants. I need to take a pic but it's late. (I really wanted to sew something just for fun today but didn't because I didn't want to start another project till I finished his pants. Of course "DD" made her Dad a really cute Valentine's Card but that doesn't count. I should let her paint more often. )
