Re: Tax Return - What are you going to do with it?

A little bit for fun - we're going to see 2 concerts this summer. The rest goes straight to the house so we will hopefully have LESS than a year left until it's PAAAAAAID OFF!!!!

Re: Tax Return - What are you going to do with it?

Haven't filed, not in a hurry since we owe state typically. Dh said curriculum can be bought but he hasn't decided what else, most likely it will go to savings, if there is much left, I really want some cute new socks and he NEEDS new under shirts since almost all of them have holes and stains. We just feel frivolous buying new anything, yet alone things we can find at garage sales for spare change. I would love to spend a $100 on books and materials from some companies I enjoy, dh is good about spoiling me, so I bet anything he will let me when I mention it. Thankfully he sees the joy it brings myself and our children when I read aloud.

Pay off DS1s tuition, move, pay 2 debts, buy new gun needed for DH for work and a new gun safe, get brake pads replaced and oil changed and put money towards a car to get it paid off in a few months.

already responded, but our plan changed tonight. Federal return direct deposit went through today, and tonight our furnace died -- and it's going to be 0 degrees overnight.

So, now the refund will buy
a new 95.5% efficient 2-stage variable ECM gas furnace
family wedding/bat mitzvah travel (partially)

Ours is going into savings for our Disney world trip this next winter when hubby finishes his masters degree. A fun time away after all of the school work
