I add a little in most recipes that call for brown sugar. I try to use just enough that the rest of the family doesn't notice it (hehe). One place I can think of right now is in cinnamon rolls in the butter/brown sugar filling. I know, cinnamon rolls aren't exactly healthy, but.... :-))

I have a Christmas cookie recipe that uses molasses but you could make them any time of year.
