That would make more sense, but with my schedule it fits to lift tues and thur. Those are the days my grandparents pick up shay from school so I'm home all day with alex. I lift once he goes down for a nap so he doesn't try to touch my weights.

I hit my goal of eating awesome today! I love the feeling of not being disappointed. I was pretty active around the house today but didn't get to go for a hike like I wanted, ds2 wasn't feeling good. Boo.

great job! I ate horribly didn't run.
I am so tempted to say heck with it and not exercise the rest of the week and just start over for Lent, but I think I'm going to finish the rest of the week good and work out tomorrow, Fri and Sat.

Whoa. I was gone for 6 days and I missed 18 pages!! There's no way I can catch up.

I keep forgetting to weigh in on fridays, that's the official day, right?
I weighed in today for another group and I'm at 153.3... up a pound from last week, but oh well! Here we go again!

Keep on trucking. It comes and goes then goes for good. I can not log on for a day and miss 3-4 PGs. It's crazy.

I had ham last night and a bowl of fruit. I thought for sure I would gain due to ham being so high in sodium. I actually lost an ounce and am 129.1 lbs.

While I didn't go over my calories yesterday, I had a fat, 800+ calorie burrito from Qdoba for dinner which didn't bode well for weight loss. Plus, I really sucked on my water yesterday! I got up early this morning to work out and now I've got to put in a 12 hour day at work. I still don't have a working washing machine and need to make plans to get to a laundromat, but when do I have time for that?
