Scared of the scale in the morning ! Today was dd's bday and I have planned on having cake and ice cream and I did !. I only drnk water all day had a turkey burger and green salad for dinner and had a cup of icecream and a double piece of cake (which is good for me I ate prolly half of what I normally would have ) . Cake and ice cream are my downfalls! ....and Ihave to say Itried Dryers churned no sugar added vanilla tonight OMG it was soooo creammmy Iwas in total heaven . I have drank a ton of wate rtoday and I am sure I will need to tomorrow as well . Will see in a few hours what the scale has to say

Must face the scale. It's how you can see what you did good or bad.

So I am hanging at 130 now. I need to get back to my diet. I ate pumpkin seeds yesterday and they were full of sodium. I am sure I have such bloat. I was in my calories last night but still woke up thirsty, so I know I need to drink more water today.

Me doing insanity? Ha! I didn't. I watched it. I do good to hit the elliptical. I had a meniscus tear and removal a couple of yra ago and i am terrified of reinjury to that knee. It would work, like anything, if you did it. It went pending almost instantly.... It was... Insane --ha!
