That's shannon's half-term grades.

A=1
B=2
C=3
D=4
E=5

It seems Shannon doesn't test well in Maths...the grade in maths is only from tests. None of the school work done in class or the homework counts to the grade.

Everything looks really good except for math. Shoot! Do her tests get sent home so you can see where she is going wrong?

Yes, we have to sign them to say we've seen then. She makes silly mistakes. Like decimal point in the wrong place or numbers the wrong way around or forgetting numbers.

Ahh. That is tough! Are they timed tests? I wonder if her teacher could specifically ask her to read over tests before handing them in. Or would she notice the errors even if she did?

Now I need to send off an email about the Show and then do some lesson planning.

They are timed tests...and no she would never be allowed to look over her test again after time is called. All the papers are collected. It would be called cheating if she had chance to correct her mistakes after the test.

I am so chilled that I am getting leg cramps, actually in my thighs so now I am on the sofa with blankets and the heating pad to warm me up. Oh and eating a banana.....
