Looks like we're losing our baby.... I'm beyond frustrated this is happening after 6 months and even worse we'll still have her for months while dealing with ICPC. It's like rubbing salt in the wound.

That sucks!! I'm so sorry. I wish they wouldn't tell us our babies are leaving until the day of moving. Well, I'm sure that's not best for the kids, but looking after them once you have "the news" is SOOOOO painful to do.

My heart is breaking for you! Praying that God's overwhelming peace washes over you during this time of grieving. Praying that if the ICPC does go through that it will quickly and that you will have a peace about letting her go. Praying that God gives you direction in how you are to continue on the journey to building your family.

Also, know that even though you are hurting what you have done in giving these babies a loving and safe start will carry on through out their life. You have taught them how to bond, how to know and receive love. This foundation is so important and not all fosterparents are willing or able to give this to a child because of the heart break that it will cost them.
