Minky provides a cuddly sanitary and stain resistant surface. Inner padding provides comfort on hard public changing tables. Waterproof washable PUL backing. Simple to use with one hand, no snaps or velcro, just fold and go! Measures approximately 20x25

Top layer of fuzzy, luxuriously soft Viscous of Bamboo Rayon Organic Cotton Blend (OBV) or Poly Minky Velour (Highly stain resistant). With decorative channels sewn into it directing the flow into the core. Backing/wing layer of durable, breathable, PUL fabric and professionally applied rust-free polyresin snaps.
