Its the worst for me with tide. I honestly think its the detergent. Even when water sprays in the dispenser or woukdnt mix all the way. And you have less water to rinse. Since I've started putting soap in first and letting it agitate before putting clothes in I've noticed a huge improvement.

Didnt read responses-

I dont know whats causing it but coloring the oil stain with plain ol white chalk and rewashing should get the oil spots outs. Sorry if someone already suggested that

When my 14 month old was a baby she spit up 24/7. All of our cloths had spit up stains on them and if I didn't spray them with Shout they wouldn't come out. Thank goodness she is out of that stage!

This happened to me when I started messing around with natural and cd safe detergents. Tide Free and Clear got it all out soon after switching.

Sometimes I still have similar looking spots from breastmilk. A little oxy helps, as does keeping the load size smaller.
