I'm made Dump soup. An onion, some ham leftovers in the freeze, a random solo chicken thigh from the freezer, garlic, a jar of salsa (that Dh said was not good chips),lime, cilantro, oregano, chili powder, carrots, celery, a cup of rice, 2 potatos, and some shrimp. Basically I just dumped a bunch of stuff I had in a big soup pot.

Of course I told DH & DS it was "3 Meat Tortilla Soup" and served it with shredded cheese on top and chips on the side.

Tonight is Slow Cooker Jerk Pulled Pork. Planning on serving with cilantro lime rice and veggies.

Bumping this back up so I can get more ideas

Tonight - roasted whole chicken, roasted carrots and turnips, and baked potatoes

Tomorrow - Poisson Cru over rice

Sunday - Homemade pizza

Monday - Tri tip, steamed baby broccoli, rosemary potatoes, sauteed chard

Tuesday - Something to do with chicken thighs. I'm stuck at Tuesday

I had to make 4 gallons of macaroni salad tonight....so we had sandwiches and Mac salad.

Tomorrow night is pulled pork sandwiches

Sunday is grilled burgers.

I menu plan on Sundays so I don't have a plan for further.
