Lacy - I LOVE that light fixture - wherever did you find it?! I'd love to treat DD to a pretty light when we build her room... not that having her own room away from the boys' room won't be treat enough, lol.

We got it from Lowes, but they also have one just like it at Ikea!

I will warn you, it's not very bright and we have the highest wattage of bulb in it. I think it'll be okay for Baby, but may not be bright enough for someone who would be hanging out in the room and doing a lot.

Super cute! I love the embroidery hoops and the John Deere fabric! Here's some pics of our new little boy's room. I made the quilt, mobile, and artwork and I refurbished the vintage 1920s dresser. Also put up the wainscoting and crown moulding myself with my dad's assistance.

Lacy- I love the light fixture! I saw one like it at Ikea and was totally going to use it if we had a girl...LOVE!!!

I love the birds with the blue background- such a nice blue!

I love the veggie theme, too. I look at those pieces every time I go to Ikea.

Shucks. Definitely wouldn't work for DD then - as it is she'll be in the basement, with just a small window for light, so she'll need a good bright light. Darn.

No idea why they are sideways. I even rotated them, but still sideways. Grrrr. Anyway, here id bennetts nursery. Same as ds1, i saved it all
