Question Snap-Ez Customer Service

Has anyone dealt directly with, I think her name is Ruth, at SEZ?? I emailed her yesterday about a question on some inserts and I haven't heard back from her yet. I want to place a sizeable order and want to do it before these diapers are gone!
I suppose I could buy the diapers now and the inserts later if I decided to go with hers. Is she usually quick to reply to emails? Maybe she didn't get it?

In our experience, Ruth has been AWSOME to work with. She usually answers emails within a day, two at most, but she is busy, I think she has 11 kids?
Anyway, i have placed big orders with her before and she has been so incredibly helpful. I am sure she will get back to you soon!

I've delt with her a few times on purchases I made from her and she always answered my emails within 24 hours which I think is reasonable. I believe she has a very large family (7 children if I'm not mistaken) and a new baby so she may be busy. She has always been excellent as far as I'm concerned with helping me decide and pick out things, etc. and I always recieved my orders quickly. Try emailing her again...maybe it got caught up in the internet black hole or something!

ITA with pp. I've had to email her twice before I think and she's gotten back w/in 24 hours. B/c she's so busy it could be that she missed it so I would resend after 24 hr period

She's always answered my questions super-fast; I'd give it 24 hrs. and then email again, just in case it didn't go through, got caught by her spam filter or some such...

I emailed her last week and got an automated response saying that one of her sons is home only for a short time before moving overseas, so it may take her a little longer than usual to reply. Give her 48 hours.

Ditto all of the above! She has one son in the military, who is home on leave before being stationed overseas. Did you get the automated "Thank you for your email" when you submitted yours? I emailed her recently, got the automated response, and then her response within 12 hours. I would maybe try again. SEZ customer service has always been A+ in my book!

(oh, and she has 10 children! )

I've always heard back from her super quickly. I'm pretty sure it said on her site that her military son was leaving the 16th, today. She always responded to me, even if I just sent a silly message first. I'm sure you'll hear back.

I have bought a few things and have always been very happy with customer service. I really do not know how that woman does it!

She is super nice though and I LOVE her diaper pail and wet bags.

Ruth's been fantastic at replying to emails for me. She's even called when there was a question about my order. If you don't hear soon, I'd email again in case she didn't get the first email.
