First time dyeing wool! *more pics, now dryer balls*
Just some boring wool from Joanns I decided to play around with. Kool-Aid dyed in the crockpot
Figured I'd take some pictures before I turn them into dryer balls. I added some extra vinegar too to make sure they're color fast. ![]() New pic! All wound up and ready for felting! Sorry for the dark night time lighting.

I used the tutorial here: http://www.leethal.net/zine/?p=764
It's insanely easy. Just add water a bit of vinegar, soak your yarn for 30 mins+ then add your colors and forget it. It's done once all the color is soaked up and water is clear (or sort of white cloudy). I used low setting since all I have is low and high. Worked great - I was scared to use high because it boils at the edges and will swirl the colors.
