lost package question

A mama Sold something to me early December. The item was lost on it's way here. In tracking the package, the last entry says " Depart USPS Sort Facility Dec 14 ..." someplace in "new Jersey."

She is in PA, I am in OH. Not sure what it was doing in new jersey but pretty sure it is just lost.

Anyway, is there anything I can do?

I know, Get insurance next time for sure..

Re: lost package question

It wasn't delivered to you, so you could try to file with PayPal, but I think the limit to file a claim is 45 days, so at this point there isn't anything you can do. Sorry mama.

Re: lost package question

you can contact the last PO it was at and see if it might still be there. You can also file with PP, it is the sellers responsibility to get insurance, not yourse as the buyer. So IMO you should get a full refund (and if you file with PP they will likely side with you)
