Orange is my favorite color. It's not girlish or boyish. It looks good with brown too.

Yellow- pink would look sweet with it and it is easy to do boyish themes with this color.

Well, we decided on a sky blue. Dd2 had a lalaloopsy blanket on her bed and we're going to match the blue from that. Ds doesn't care one way or another. We're going to paint it in a couple of weeks. Dd2 is super excited! I'm now debating whether to paint clouds on the wall or not or just to leave it plain.
