s/o selective vax and pre-school
Just wondering how to go about this..
DS1 has only had 1 vax, dtap (which he still has 1 round left, will complete before fall when we want him enrolled.) We don't plan on getting him anymore. I already signed a release at my doctor's office..did I shoot myself in the foot here? In order for him to get into pre-school is it fully vaxed or religious purpose? I honestly have no idea what goes into getting him out of it. Is my search for pre-schools really going to be narrowed since he isn't vaxed? Do I let them know beforehand, or just apply? Sorry, this all probably sounds so stupid, I have no idea what kind of steps I need to take. I'm hoping it doesn't hurt our chances at the good pre-schools - he has speech delay and we want to get him into a school with a really good speech program and there are not many here as it is.

Re: s/o selective vax and pre-school
vax laws vary by state. I'd check into your state's laws. for me I wouldn't mention it when applying, but VT has a philosophical exemption & an easy form to fill out sign & give to schools.
