Re: Happy Friday

I went to KG and was worked HARD again.

Went to the doctor for my ADHD prescription.

Then on to work....was worked hard there too. I had to rearrange a freezer (twice because the boss couldn't decide what he wanted), do 5 palettes of products and then put away all the rubbish.

I coughed in the break-room after work and my belly hurt so much I thought it was on fire. I figure that's from the KG but could just as easily be from work. The muscles around my c-section. OMG that hurt so much!!!

We're having leftovers for dinner tonight. From the tortillas yesterday and the dinner from the day before...pork something in sauce. Mashed potatoes to fill it out a bit.

Re: Happy Friday

Honestly, that is why I have been avoiding team sports Jen. If the kids actually had real aptitude and interest in it, I would do it, but I am so glad they don't. But either you have those crazy parents that are WAY too competitive, or the parent that doesn't pay attention to the kids at all (on phone whole time or doesn't show up) and their kid is the problem one, or worse your team is fine but the other team is psycho. It makes it that much harder for the kids that really aren't that good but are there to have fun and learn about sportmanship and teamwork. That poor teacher, bless her heart.

Janine, take it easy. Don't rip out the c-section repair. Nothing is worth that.

The snow has stopped here, but there are random scary gusts of wind. The weather channel says 20mph, but I see differently here. Maybe that's the average, between the calm and the gusts, LOL. I just hope the power does not go out. I have a lot of baking to do in the next two days for a bake sale.

Re: Happy Friday

It really sucks. Thankfully a different staff member agreed to take on the coaching for the rest of the weekend...No one will step out of line on her. Mel, Christine Silva and her daughter will finish the weekend for Erin.

Sh!t...do you think that's what the pain was? Wow...no way I'd have done that if I'd known that could happen.

That's great Jen. Honestly, it's moments like that you want to whip out your phone, take a movie, and post it on You Tube to shame them. But of course it wouldn't do any good and you'd probably get sued.

It's not likely Janine, but not impossible when you do a lot of physical labor. I'd take it easy for the rest of the day. I know I have hurt really badly when coughing before, pulled stomach muscles and everything, and I don't have a c-section incision anywhere.
