Diaper Swappers

Does anyone know of any actual, walk-in-and-touch-the-products type of cloth diapering stores in central PA? Anywhere from Harrisburg to Lebanon to Lancaster would be great. Maybe even as far as York or Mechanicsburg?

I just don't know how to go about finding a place that I can walk into and it would be so nice to just buy diapers in person for once.

Beyond BG at Target I don't really know of anything. I know DiaperWare has a store outside of Philly (Aston), but that's a trek for me too and the only reason I haven't gone. I wish there were more around here. (I'm in York.)

im in dover...i wish i knew! (and west york target clearanced out the "crunchy" section...no BG dipes left!...i was there last night)

You'd think someone would want to start a cd store in our area! I would love to do it but I have 4 kids (number 4 is coming in May), 2 in school, 1 is a toddler, and I'm a SAHM. We can't even afford to get into a business like that right now. But I'm telling you, I would definitely shop there if it existed!

Wow, look at all these York people! I'm here, too, and would LOVE a diaper store. I used to live in VA really nearby to the lady who owns Abby's Lane...I went to her house before I started using CDs and it was a great experience to be able to see everything and how it worked. I checked the west york target not that long ago, too, and was sad to see everything gone. Are you sure none of you ladies want to open a store?

Wow! Who knew I had so many neighbors on here! I know doodle bunz are made in palmyra. http://www.doodlebunz.com I've never tried one nor do I know if you could look at them and feel them before buying. The website says they sometimes sell at local craft fairs. I know it's not a bunch of different diapers to touch, feel and see but just thought I'd put it out there.

I swear I saw one advertised on the lancaster craigslist. But it wasn't a store you could just stop by...you had to call and make an appointment. Let me see if I can find it again.

I found it! It is actually in Columbia and is called The Barefoot Bungalow.

I'd love to visit sometime. I don't live in Lancaster but go out there frequently to see family.
