Re: This is how you break dh down

I have one set of sheets per bed. Each set is a different color and I like your plan MUCH better

Actually, if you really want to keep it simple, you use all flat sheets. I grew up with my dad in the motel business and back in the day, motels didn't have fitted sheets. You just had two flat sheets. I made beds like a champ. LOL. And even in a motel (and my dad was cheap!) he had queen sheets and king sheets.

Exactly!! My DH has been completely onboard with cloth diapers, just as long as I deal with the poopy ones. (He will change them, but just leave them on the bathroom floor)
I used to shop for diapers (and sell, too) a lot more often, and always had fluffy mail coming in. I would get so excited about the diapers, but would get just a glazed look from my DH when I tried to talk about them. So glad I had my online mamas to talk cloth with!

We have some king sheets on our queen currently and it's not too bad. They hang off a little more on the sides but length wise it's fine. My DH is large, so he takes up more of the blanket anyway.

Anything household related he says if you really need it just get it. Good thing I'm not a big shopper

BTW, your idea of all matching, interchangeable bedding is awesome!! Never would have thought of that!

Oh the top sheet would be ok, I'm just really anal about having the bottom sheet tight, and I tend to move quite a bit in my sleep.

Thanks! It's all going to be an off-white or beige neutral, and the kids can add different pillow cases and luvvies for color. As they get older they can pick one colored spread to go on top. Otherwise, our king and the two guest queen beds are all the same! I also plan to make over the linen closet. All unused sheets will be nicely rolled and tied shut with a ribbon and tag so I know exactly what size/style sheet it is without unrolling it.
